Popular TikTok personality Salo has shared the story of how Nigerian singer Zlatan Ibile came to his rescue after he was shot by hired killers. In a video posted on X (formerly Twitter), Salo expressed his deep gratitude for Zlatan’s timely intervention, which played a crucial role in saving his life.

Salo revealed that he was critically injured in the shooting and had lost a significant amount of blood. He explained that when he arrived at a hospital in Lekki, the medical facility demanded N12 million upfront before they could begin treatment. “I had lost so much blood, and the hospital insisted on the N12 million payment before they would attend to me,” Salo shared in his video.

Faced with such a large medical bill, Salo said that he was initially uncertain about how he would raise the necessary funds. However, he was quickly supported by several people, including a woman who paid N5 million to help cover the expenses. Salo also credited his friend and girlfriend, who together raised N2 million, bringing him closer to the required amount.

I’ll forever be grateful for his generosity,” Salo said, praising the singer for his selflessness and kindness during a very difficult time.

Salo emphasized the importance of community and the kindness of strangers who helped him through his crisis. “Other supporters, many of whom I don’t even know personally, came together to make sure I got the treatment I desperately needed,” he added. Thanks to these collective efforts, Salo was able to raise the full N12 million required by the hospital for his treatment.

The story of Salo’s ordeal and Zlatan’s generosity has since gone viral, with many praising the singer for his quick action and willingness to help a fellow Nigerian in distress. Fans and followers of both Salo and Zlatan have shared messages of appreciation and support for their efforts.
