Popular Nigerian crossdresser Idris Okuneye, widely known as Bobrisky, has called out controversial activist VeryDarkMan over what he describes as a biased approach to justice. His criticism comes amid allegations against media personality Nedu Wazobia, which VeryDarkMan has been actively pursuing.
Bobrisky, who has had past disagreements with the activist, accused him of being selective in his fight for justice. He recalled how VeryDarkMan celebrated when the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) arrested him last year, suggesting that the activist only speaks up when it suits him.
Gistmania reports that VeryDarkMan recently visited the South African and Moroccan embassies, presenting alleged evidence linking Nedu Wazobia to fraudulent activities. This move has sparked debates online, with many questioning his motivations.
Reacting to the development, Bobrisky expressed confidence that one of the court cases against VeryDarkMan would eventually land him in prison. He stated that just as people were happy when he was detained for 21 days, many are also looking forward to seeing the activist face legal consequences.
“VeryDarkMan, enough of your public uneducated display… When EFCC came for me, you were dancing, right? So you pick who you want justice for, right? A lot of people see you as a clown and an entertainer,” Bobrisky wrote.
He further claimed that among the numerous legal battles VeryDarkMan is currently facing, at least one will result in a five-year jail term. “I’m very sure out of many court cases you have, one or two judgments will give you five years to serve,” he added.
Bobrisky also mocked the activist’s previous detention, recalling how people celebrated when he was imprisoned for just 21 days. He stated that he prays for the day VeryDarkMan will say something that will get him into serious trouble.
“Look at the time you were in prison for just 21 days, people were so happy. Every day I keep praying for a day you will say something that will put you in big trouble,” Bobrisky continued.
The crossdresser concluded his statement with a taunt, declaring that he is prepared for a showdown. “Congrats to me. You’re close to it. I can’t wait to SLAY in all black to celebrate when you are locked up. I’m expecting you to reply so I can fire back. Now I have your time. Let the battle begin.”
