Pastor Tobi Adegboyega Reveals SPAC Nation Does Not Collect Tithes

Pastor Tobi Adegboyega, the founder of Salvation Proclaimers Anointed Church (SPAC Nation), has publicly revealed that his ministry does not collect tithes or offerings from its members. In a candid interview on Channels TV’s Politics Today, Adegboyega explained that the church’s operations are sustained through his personal business ventures rather than through financial contributions from congregants.

Adegboyega, who has built a reputation for his flamboyant lifestyle and success in various business ventures, elaborated on the source of his income, which he attributed to his management of companies and investments in the United Kingdom. He emphasized that his focus is not on accumulating wealth but on helping people achieve success, particularly those who have faced significant challenges in life.

“I have brought people from prisons and made them multi-millionaires, and the testimonies are public,” the pastor shared during the interview. He went on to describe how many of the individuals he has mentored have gone on to become successful business leaders. “I have raised people and they became CEOs of black corporations in the UK,” Adegboyega added, highlighting his commitment to empowering others through his guidance and resources.

In addition to his work in the UK, Adegboyega has also been active in supporting small businesses in Nigeria. He disclosed that he has invested in 250 small and medium enterprises (SMEs) across the country, providing each business with one million naira over the past two years. “They are doing well,” he proudly stated, reinforcing the success of his business ventures and investments both in the UK and Nigeria.

While many churches rely on donations, including tithes and offerings, Adegboyega clarified that his ministry operates differently. “Even as a church, we don’t take tithes and offerings,” he said. Instead, the church’s sustainability comes from its focus on investing in small businesses and watching them grow. This model, according to Adegboyega, has been effective in maintaining the church’s operations and supporting its community.

The pastor’s approach to wealth creation and church management has been a subject of public interest and discussion. His focus on business growth, mentorship, and philanthropy sets his ministry apart from traditional models of church financing, which often rely on financial contributions from members.

Adegboyega concluded his interview by reiterating that his ultimate goal is not personal wealth accumulation but the success and upliftment of others. “I’m not a person that believes in wealth, I believe in people and I have raised a lot of people,” he said, underscoring his mission to support individuals and businesses both in the UK and Nigeria.
