Actress Ini Edo Excited As ‘Shanty Town’ Bags 10 AMVCA Nominations

Popular Nollywood actress, Ini Edo, has expressed her excitement after her recent movie, ‘Shanty Town,’ received ten Africa Magic Viewers’ Choice Awards nominations.

In an Instagram post on Monday, she expressed her gratitude to the entire cast and crew, as well as the audience who supported the movie.

She wrote, “Shanty Town!!!. 10 Nominations!!! Phew!..Did I see the nominations coming?? Yes.. I just didn’t know it will come in such. grand style… Shout out to the entire cast and crew of one of the biggest movie out from Africa.

“Shanty Town. God is indeed faithful. I appreciate my Tribe. My unshakable crew. My amazingly supportive cast members. My unwavering Audience who took the gospel of the Shanty far and near. You all are the real Mvps’.

“Now the time has come to bring home the Shanty awards. Every nominated individual put in so much work to make Shanty Town the great Series we all saw.. So please fam, help the tribe of Shantytown bring these awards Home.

“Thank you for your support always. And to my Co Executive producers. We did this!!! Literally. Thank you all.”
