Renowned comedian, actor, and master of ceremonies, Ali Baba, has taken to social media to address women with insecure partners. Reacting to a trending story of a man pressuring his wife to quit her job due to earning more than him, Ali Baba questioned the authenticity of the narrative.
On his Instagram page, Ali Baba challenged women to see through what he described as deceitful stories. He suggested that if a woman earns more than her partner, it should be the man who quits his job, not the woman. “If you earn more than your man, let him quit his job. Nonsense!” he exclaimed.
Ali Baba criticized men who feel threatened by their wives’ success, labeling them “lazy bumcums.” He argued that their self-worth is often tied to financial status, making them weak when faced with prosperous women. “Who are these lazy bumcums peddling these stupid narratives?” he asked.
The comedian emphasized that financial imbalance shouldn’t determine a man’s self-esteem, citing Oprah Winfrey and her partner Stedman as an example. “Insecurities my foot,” he said, urging men to challenge themselves instead of succumbing to insecurities.
Ali Baba’s post reads: “All these lies you people are sharing will kill you soon. Who are these women falling for such lies?… That means your confidence is financially driven and anchored.”
He concluded with a strong statement, urging men to take responsibility for their insecurities. “Men need to start challenging themselves instead of feeling threatened by their wives’ success.”
