Leke Adeboye, the son of Pastor E. A. Adeboye, has issued a stern warning to individuals who are launching verbal attacks against his father, the prominent Nigerian pastor. The warning, originally shared on Facebook by Paul James Adama, addresses the ongoing “#30daysrantchallenge,” where some youths have been targeting Pastor Adeboye and the Christian faith.
The statement, which Leke Adeboye reshared on his official Instagram account, reads: “There’s an ongoing so-called #30daysrantchallenge where some youths are launching a verbal assault at Papa E.A. Pastor E. A. Adeboye and the Christian faith.” It criticizes social media figures, including “so-called social media Christians, Prophets, Apostles, and Young Pastors” for staying silent in the face of these attacks.
Adama further warns that those responsible for crossing “the red line” with their malicious statements will be held accountable. “Once we arrest those who have crossed the red line now, there will come up with things like Jesus never arrested anybody, You guys are embarrassing the Body of Christ etc.,” the statement says, adding that such individuals will be “communicated to in the language they will understand.”
