Nasboi Makes Musical Debut with Star-Studded EP ‘In Nasboi I Trust’

Nasboi, the popular content creator turned singer, has officially launched his music career with a 9-track extended play titled ‘In Nasboi I Trust’. Released on Thursday across various streaming platforms, the EP features an impressive lineup of collaborations with 2Baba, Chike, Falz, Pheelz, Wande Coal, and Joeboy.

The EP’s tracklist includes ‘Ajo’, ‘Could This Be Love’, ‘Small Money’, ‘Ashewo Boy’, ‘Short Skirt’, ‘Confession’, ‘No Be So’, ‘My Love’, and ‘Umbrella’. Nasboi’s rise to fame began with his comedic talents, particularly his viral Davido mimicry video. He has since entertained audiences with humorous skits while exploring music.

Nasboi’s musical journey took off with his debut single ‘Umbrella’ in November 2023, featuring Wande Coal, which inspired the viral “Umbrella Challenge” on social media. Building on that momentum, he released ‘Small Money’, produced by Deeyassobeatz. Recently, Nasboi won the ‘Force of Virality’ award at the Trendupp Awards.

In a recent interview on the Bahd And Boujee Podcast, Nasboi shared his surprise at the lucrativeness of social media influencing and skit-making. “Many people still accuse skit makers and influencers of fraud because they don’t know how lucrative the creative industry is,” he said, recalling his initial skepticism about the industry’s financial rewards.
