Nigerian Students Fleeing Sudan Prepare For Departure To Abuja

Nigerian students fleeing from Sudan are getting ready for their departure to Abuja with the arrival of Air Peace and Nigerian Air Force planes.

The Nigerians in Diaspora Commission made this known in a tweet late Tuesday, sharing a video of the students being prepared for departure.

The commission wrote, “Evacuation Update: Nigerian Ambassador in Egypt has successfully moved evacuees from the Sudanese side to the Egyptian side of the Arqeel students across the border.

“The students are now being prepared for their departure to Abuja through Aswan Airport.. With the arrival of AirPeace and the NAF Plane, the onward journey home begins soon after the necessary documentation.”
