“Please pay us for our hard work” – Chisom Adesola Calls Out Enioluwa Adeoluwa Over Alleged Mistreatment of Performers

Social media influencer Enioluwa Adeoluwa has found himself in hot water after singer Chisom Adesola accused him of failing to compensate the performers at his recent event. The allegations, shared by Adesola on Instagram, have sparked outrage online, with many criticizing Adeoluwa for his apparent lack of respect for the hard work of the artists involved.

Adesola’s Instagram post laid bare the challenges she and other performers faced during the event. She described the event as “chaotic,” with last-minute schedule changes that led to confusion and frustration. According to Adesola, despite the performers’ dedication, Adeoluwa and his team did not offer any recognition or compensation for their efforts.

In a video shared by Adesola, she and several other singers can be seen waiting to take the stage while Adeoluwa speaks with them. The video, which has since gone viral, captures the uneasy atmosphere as the performers stand by, unsure of what’s to come. This moment set the tone for Adesola’s subsequent online post, in which she outlined the issues surrounding the event.

“The event was not well organized,” Adesola wrote in her post. “There were constant last-minute changes to the schedule, and we had to wait for hours without any clear communication. It was frustrating for all of us.” She explained that the performers had to adapt quickly to changes, yet still felt undervalued by Adeoluwa and his team.

Adesola did not mince words when detailing the toll the event took on her personally. “Please pay us for our hard work,” she implored. “We’re humans too. We literally left our homes so early to meet up, only to go home super duper late. I was outside my house gate at 12 a.m., trying to call my siblings who were already fast asleep.” Her post vividly illustrated the sacrifices performers had to make for the event, only to be met with a lack of appreciation.

She went on to explain the logistical issues performers faced, such as late changes to outfits and song arrangements. “I recall reaching out to my fellow female singers to bring extra outfits because the information was so late and there were so many last-minute changes to our outfits,” Adesola shared. “Some of us left home as early as 6 a.m. to prepare, but there was no proper communication or organization when we arrived.”

Adesola also highlighted a major issue with the song arrangements. “The songs we were sent to rehearse were not even followed during the event,” she wrote. “We came in early, got dressed, waited for a while, and when we started, we had to learn a different arrangement on the spot.” Despite these challenges, she noted, their hard work went unrecognized.

The singer expressed her frustration with the lack of support from Adeoluwa and his team. “We were just encouraging each other, but it was so sad,” she stated. “We stood for hours learning the new arrangements, and in the end, we weren’t even acknowledged for our dedication.” This sense of neglect was one of the key reasons for Adesola’s public outcry.

Although Adeoluwa has not publicly responded to the allegations, his silence on the matter has only fueled the controversy. Many of Adesola’s followers on Instagram have rallied behind her, urging the influencer to take responsibility for the treatment of the performers. Some commenters pointed out that influencers and event organizers often fail to properly compensate artists, especially those without large social media followings.
