Popularly called Rose by her friends and close associates, Rosemary, who has been married to former FIRS Boss, Tunde Fowler for 36 years and blessed with children, cuts a picture of a dutiful wife and support pillar to her husband; meeting her for the first time would not even suggest she is the wife of one of the figures at the power corridor.

Unlike her husband, Rosemary is hardly a regular fixture on the Lagos social scene.
