Tithes has No Place in Christianity -Reno Omokri

Reno Omokri is in the news again. This time around, the activist and the award winning author has continued with his fight against bad politicians and pastors whose priority is to take tithe from their followers.


According to Omokri, what attracted many into poilitcs and ministry is the love of money.


In his words, he said “Just as money attracts people to politics, so do tithes attract people to ministry. Remove money and most persons will shun politics. Remove tithe and most persons will shun ministry. Their calling will enter voicemail. Tithes has no place in Christianity” he concluded.


He also list out some Lies you should stop believing in 2021 below

•If you don’t pay your tithes things will be tight for you

•Your prosperity is tied to your giving to the church

•You are open to demonic attacks if you don’t tithe

Omokri was the host of Transformation with Reno Omokri, a Christian teaching TV show broadcast on San Francisco’s KTLN and Detroit’s Impact Network.
