Popular TikTok personality and content creator, Habeeb Hazmat, widely known as Peller, recently shared how a surprise appearance by Nigerian music icon Tiwa Savage during one of his live TikTok sessions had a profound impact on his career. The unexpected visit left Peller thrilled and motivated, marking a significant milestone in his journey as a content creator.
In an exclusive interview with *Saturday Beats*, Peller recalled the moment Tiwa Savage joined his livestream. He described it as one of the happiest days of his life, saying, “When Tiwa Savage joined my TikTok livestream, I was extremely excited and amazed—it was one of the happiest days for me. It motivated me to keep pushing, knowing that my content could attract icons like her. It’s definitely a boost that encourages me to do more.”
Despite being known for his humorous content, Peller was quick to clarify that he does not view himself as a comedian. “I don’t see myself as a comedian; I’m a live streamer. That’s what I am. My content may have humor, but it’s all about connecting with my audience through live videos rather than trying to be a comedian,” he explained, emphasizing the authenticity behind his approach.
Peller also reflected on his rise in content creation, tracing his success back to his TikTok live sessions, which he said allowed him to connect more deeply with his audience. “It’s been a journey of trial and error, but what I’ve learned is that people appreciate genuine interactions, and that’s something I try to offer,” he shared.
The TikTok star also opened up about a personal moment from the 2023 Pulse Influencer Awards, where his girlfriend and frequent partner, Jarvis, surprised him with a kiss during his acceptance speech. “It was unexpected but a happy surprise! I was taken aback but also really happy in the moment,” Peller said. “The reactions afterward weren’t overboard; people mostly responded positively and appreciated that connection we have.”
Looking ahead, Peller is eager to expand his horizons and collaborate with some of Nigeria’s biggest music stars. When asked about his future aspirations, he mentioned, “Burna Boy and Wizkid are at the top of my list right now.” His admiration for these superstars is evident, and he is optimistic about the possibilities of working with them in the future.
Despite the increasing visibility of content creators and the opinions that come with it, Peller maintains a calm and focused outlook. “Honestly, I just let people think whatever they want. This is the internet, and everyone has an opinion. I don’t let it get to me; I just keep doing my thing and focus on the positive,” he said, emphasizing the importance of staying true to oneself in the face of criticism.
