Tony Elumelu Celebrates Wife, Awele at 50th

It was an emotionally charged atmosphere on Tuesday 23rd July 2020 when Tony Elumelu, Founder, the Tony Elumelu Foundation celebrated his amiable wife Awele Vivien Elumelu at 50.

It was a celebration galore for the entire family as the prominent African financial expert with his children organized a mini surprised birthday for healthcare leader, Awele Elumelu who has just joined the league of quinquagenarian.

The pair has seven children, five girls and two boys. Awele, a medical doctor, has maintained a quiet profile since they got married. She cherishes her privacy greatly and usually makes lasting statements especially with her unique ways and whenever she steps out with her husband at corporate and social events.
