In a dramatic turn of events, Handi, TJay, and Shaun were evicted from Big Brother Naija ‘No Loose Guard’ during Sunday’s Live Eviction show, marking the end of their eight-week journey.
According to host Ebuka Obi-Uchendu, the trio’s departure leaves ten housemates vying for the grand prize. “By virtue of their eviction, the show is left with ten housemates, with at least one more eviction expected in the penultimate week,” Ebuka announced.
Handi, one-half of the popular Wanni x Handi Duo, and TJay, the second half of the Beta duo, were among the nine housemates up for possible eviction. Despite Handi’s strong presence, her journey came to an end, leaving fans stunned.
The evictions followed a tense nomination process where housemates publicly revealed their choices. Handi, TJay, and Shaun joined Kassia, Wanni, Nelly, Anita, Victoria, and Onyeka as potential eviction candidates.
The Big Brother Naija season 9 grand prize is a staggering ₦100 million, comprising a cash prize and an SUV, with additional sponsored prizes to be announced. With the competition intensifying, the remaining six housemates will battle for the top spot.
