Why We Want Segun Abolaji in Politics – Ikirun Youths

Foremost real estate mogul and the Managing Director of the Super Structures Ltd. and Leisure Court Estate, Abuja, Oluwasegun Abolaji, has been described as an embodiment of greatness, a trail blazer and a remarkable archiver who has brought unparallel development to entire Ikirun community in Osun State.

 

Abolaji, an astute business man and an outstanding professional was further described as a selfless individual and an uncommon philanthropist who has touched the lives of many people, especially women and youths through his various empowerment programmes.

 

To this end, the Ikirun/Agunbe Professional Youth Forum among other groups and professional organisations have urged Abolaji to venture into politics.

 

The Chairman of the Ikirun/Agunbe Professional Youth Forum, Mr. Samsondeen Jinadu made the call while addressing journalists at a press conference.

 

He described Abolaji as a philanthropist, grassroots mobiliser and lover of the masses who have put smile on the faces of his people through his various philanthropic gestures.

“His philanthropic gesture, large heart, commitment to grassroots development, service to humanity and love for his people are some of the reasons why Abolaji should venture into politics and use the platform to further improve the living standard of the people.

 

“Abolaji is not only a successful business man, but also a quintessential estate developer who has carved a niche for himself in the real estate business.

 

“He is a young builder and vibrant professional who holds a Masters Degree in Building. Abolaji is a member of the Nigeria Institute of Builders, currently a post graduate student of Public Relations and Advertising at the International Institute of Journalism.

 

“He is a recipient of several awards and honours from various associations across West Africa for his contributions towards the growth of the real estate sector and most especially for his humanitarian efforts.

 

“As a philanthropist and a grassroots mobiliser, Abolaji sponsored several empowerment programmes to lift his people, especially the youths, widows, aged and the less privileged out of poverty at his Ikirun community in Osun state.

“Abolaji has not only positively touched the lives of indigenes of Ikirun, but he has also provided employment opportunities to hundreds of youths thereby putting smiles on their faces”, Jinadu said.

 

While commending Abolaji’s selflessness and zeal to see a better society, Jinadu noted that Abolaji is not occupying any political position at present and has never held any public office, but his has shown commitment to the economic, social and human capital development of Ikirun land.
