Osun 2022: Oshodi-Isolo Council Chairman, Oloyede, Congratulates Governor Oyetola on victory at APC Primary

The executive chairman of Oshodi-Isolo local government, Otunba Kehinde Almaroof Oloyede, has congratulated the Osun State Alhaji Isiaka Adegboyega Oyetola, on his emergence as the Governorship candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC) at its just concluded primary election.

 

While congratulating the governor on his victory, Oloyede, described him as “an uncommon politician who is faithful to his people, a silent achiever and a successful administrator who has marvellously delivered dividends of democracy to his people” which he said earned him the overwhelming vote he garnered at the primary election.

 

The council boss called on other aspirants to vile behind Oyetola haven emerged victorious at the primary to ensure resounding success of the party at the general elections.

He advised the Internal Affairs Minister, who is the arrowhead of the other faction, to sheath his swords, apologize for the wrong against the party and especially the National leader of the party, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed TInubu, and work towards the victory of Governor Oyetola in the July 18 election.

He commended the people of Osun State for their overwhelming support for the Governor, which resulted in the wide margin recorded between him and the other two contestants.

The council boss said; “let me congratulate the Executive Governor of Osun state, Alhaji Isiaka Adegboyega Oyetola on his victory at the primary election of our party. His victory is pay back time for his commitment to the good of his people and delivery on his promises. He is an uncommon politician, a firm believer in the doctrine of due process and an administrator of note both in private and public life. His good work will speak for him at the election in July. ”

“Let all those who disagree with the Governor, especially the other two contestants join forces with him to ensure success at the July poll, in order to show to the world that we are one big family and that we can always resolve issues amicably to achieve success in that election is also crucial to us as we match to 2023 presidential elections.”
