Nigerian crossdresser Idris Okuneye, popularly known as Bobrisky, is facing increased attention from the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC), but that hasn’t stopped him from making bold demands online. In a recent post, Bobrisky openly asked his followers for a new presidential Rolex watch, giving them a strict three-day deadline to fulfill his request. His controversial demand comes amid a series of financial and legal challenges that have plagued the social media personality.
While discussing his extravagant lifestyle, Bobrisky disclosed how much he has invested in body modifications. “I’ve spent N12 million on two BBL surgeries, N10 million on chest work, and N20 million on my private area,” he shared, defending his request for the luxury timepiece. “I can’t be this good-looking and still lack some things,” he added, justifying the lavish request for the Rolex as part of his ongoing efforts to maintain his appearance.
However, his post did not go without criticism. One follower pointed out the economic difficulties many Nigerians are facing, especially with rising fuel prices. “We’re all struggling with the economy,” the fan commented, to which Bobrisky responded, “Everybody needs to work harder in their side hustles.” Another follower offered a word of caution, warning Bobrisky to be careful in making such demands publicly to avoid any potential fallout later on, suggesting that his voice note could be used against him.
The crossdresser’s financial demands are not new, especially since his ongoing issues with the EFCC surfaced. Recently, Bobrisky has also been requesting financial compensation from journalists willing to hear his side of the story regarding his legal troubles.
