Falz Demands Public Apology from Bobrisky Over False Claims of Presidential Pardon

Rapper and actor Falz has given controversial internet personality Bobrisky a 12-hour ultimatum to retract his statements and issue a public apology. The dispute began when Bobrisky alleged that Falz had promised to secure a presidential pardon for N10 million through his father, renowned human rights lawyer Femi Falana. Falz’s legal team quickly responded to the accusations, denying the claims and insisting they were false.

In a formal letter sent to Bobrisky, Falz’s lawyers revealed that Bobrisky had previously reached out to the rapper for financial assistance, but Falz had declined his request. The legal team further suggested that Bobrisky may have attempted to extort money from both Falz and the public by fabricating the pardon story. “Falz is requesting a retraction of the damaging statements and a written apology to be shared on all platforms where the comments appeared,” the letter stated.

The letter also warned Bobrisky that if he fails to comply with the demand, Falz will pursue legal action, including seeking monetary damages. “If this request is ignored, Falz will consider legal action to seek monetary damages,” the legal document added. This development follows a recent court order for social critic VeryDarkMan (VDM) to remove defamatory content related to Falz.

The dispute has added to the ongoing controversies surrounding Falz, who has consistently been in the spotlight for his activism and outspoken views on social issues. Bobrisky’s false claims now appear to have drawn him into a new legal battle that may have further implications for his public image.
