Nigerian singer Oludipe David, popularly known as Spyro, has opened up about a recent blackmail attempt involving an alleged s3x tape. The artist shared the unsettling experience with his followers through a series of posts on his Instagram story on Tuesday, shedding light on the person behind the attempt.
Spyro revealed that the individual in question sought to blackmail him after he publicly called them out for wrongdoing. According to the singer, the person initially responded with emotional manipulation and threats, attempting to use a supposed s3x tape as leverage. “I once called someone out for wrongdoing me, next day, the person started confessing scriptures and in the same vein, sending threat messages about releasing s3x tapes as how they have a girl claiming she’s pregnant for me,” Spyro explained in his post.
The singer took to Instagram to express his disappointment in the situation, emphasizing the deception he encountered. He stated, “Don’t be deceived, the biggest scams and liars are the ones at the top of religious ladders. They perpetrate evil and quote holy books to support their wrongs and then the emotional games and then threats. The deception is on another level.”
