VeryDarkMan Responds to Prophet Jeremiah Fufeyin’s Claims of Divine Communication During Flight

Renowned Nigerian activist and social commentator, VeryDarkMan, has weighed in on controversial claims made by Prophet Jeremiah Fufeyin, the founder of Christ Mercyland Deliverance Ministry (CMDM). The prophet recently shared a video online, where he appeared to be in deep meditation during a flight aboard his private jet, claiming to have received divine communication from God.

In the video, Prophet Jeremiah is seen seated in a meditative posture, with a voice, presumably God’s, offering instructions and reassurances intended for his followers. The video also shows several young women, presumably flight attendants, standing attentively around the prophet as he listens to the message. The footage quickly sparked widespread reactions online, with many intrigued by the unusual setting of the supposed divine encounter.

VeryDarkMan, who has been vocal in his criticisms of certain religious figures, including Prophet Jeremiah, expressed his skepticism about the claims. Reacting to the clip, the activist called attention to what he described as the “chaotic state of Christianity.” He criticized the growing trend of sensational religious claims, arguing that many leaders exploit their followers for personal gain.

In a strongly-worded caption accompanying his response to the video, VeryDarkMan sarcastically remarked, “What is this one again this year, dear prophet Jeremiah please pick god from the next junction.” His comment highlighted his disbelief and mockery of the prophet’s claims, urging that such theatrics should not be taken seriously by the public.

VeryDarkMan has been a consistent critic of certain religious practices in Nigeria, particularly those he believes manipulate the faithful for financial or personal advantage. He has used his platform to expose what he deems as fraudulent practices by some clergy, and he reiterated his commitment to continuing this work. “I will keep exposing religious leaders and institutions to protect future generations from falling victim to manipulation,” he declared in his post.
